MONDAYS : 6:00-7:00PM

 

THURSDAYS: 5:30-6:30PM

 


Please always try to arrive 15 minutes early to a practice stretched out and ready to go!! Please try to arrive 30 minutes early to a game! We understand how busy every player is during the season and will miss games and practices at times! Please just email or call your coach letting them know you will not be there!
